Denim Lab

The Denim Lab division of IperExtra is the core where raw material meets radical engineering. We do not source fabrics from commercial catalogues; instead, we scout Italian industrial warehouses looking for archival deadstock. We select only raw denim in its purest form. For IperExtra, sourcing existing materials is not a green marketing slogan, but a radical design choice: the limited availability of the fabric dictates the form of the garment. We transform material scarcity into the geometric exclusivity of a unique piece.

Every piece is formed on the pattern-making table to map a garment’s traditional structure, then immediately transferred into digital simulation programs. We test volumes, flares, and seam tension on virtual bodies, calibrating every single millimeter on screen before the fabric is even touched by shears. Computing becomes the tool to eliminate waste and optimize industrial yield, resulting in a sharp and uncompromised textile engineering.

From the screen, the project returns to the hands, rooted in high-end Italian craftsmanship. The IperExtra aesthetic is a bold statement of conscious femininity, focusing on tight fits and anatomical cuts calibrated for sizes S, XS, and XXS to contour and elevate the body. The structural rigidity of raw denim meets premium high-quality leather inserts and heavy hardware: material contrasts engineered to emphasize the silhouette, lock in the shape, and bring a sharp edge to the female form. High-end craft built for the city landscape.
